The joint meeting of the GAD Focal Point System ExCom and TWGs was held last March 31, 2023, at the Mariano Ponce Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Pavilion. The meeting was presided by Hon. Daniel R. Fernando, Chairperson of the GAD Focal Point System.
