The GAD LLH is a certification program for LGUs developed through the Local GAD Resource Program (LGRP). LGUs seeking to adapt GAD innovations can learn from the GAD LLHs and get inspiration on how to infuse GAD in local governance and public service. The certification aims to institutionalize the sharing and replication of local experiences and showcase GAD-related innovations to enable the LGUs initiate and strengthen their gender mainstreaming efforts. The joint meeting of the GAD Focal Point System ExCom and TWGs was held last March 31, 2023, at the Mariano Ponce Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Pavilion. The meeting was presided by Hon. Daniel R. Fernando, Chairperson of the GAD Focal Point System.
