The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) certifies the Province of Bulacan as a Gender and Development Local Learning Hub from 2024-2027 for championing gender- responsive local governance through the establishment of GAD mechanisms, strengthening partnership with women’s organizations and mainstreaming gender perspective in programs addressing the needs of the marginalized groups.
Provincial Administrator Antonette V. Constantino, representative from the Office of the Governor Daniel Ramirez Fernando, together with Program Implementers received the GAD LLH marker during the 2nd GAD Local Learning Hub Assembly held last April 17-19, 2024 at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay.
