The recently held webinar on Gender Sensitivity and Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) was successfully conducted on February 26, 2021. The thirty-one (31) participants from the Provincial Government of Bulacan were members of the GAD Focal Point System Technical Working Groups. The GAD Focal Point System Chairperson, Ms. ANALIZA S. ILETO, has facilitated the said webinar and members of the GAD Secretariat, MS. GLADILYN SILLANO and Ms. Maria Camillah De Leon.
The Resource Speaker is Ms. Maria Christine M. De Leon, LGOO V-DILG Bulacan. She is a Certified National GAD Resource Pool Member and a PCW Member. Throughout the seminar, Ms. De Leon has meaningfully and effectively shared her knowledge and expertise on the said topics. Ms. De Leon has explained and demonstrated how to write a Gender-Sensitive Project Proposal and Harmonized GAD Guidelines. The GAD guidelines will be used in developing members, implementing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating development programs and projects in the Philippines. These are supposed to help assess or assess projects for funding. The guidelines will assist government agencies and local government units (LGUs) in designing and implementing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating development interventions.
