The 4th Quarter Meeting of the GAD Focal Point System was held on November 18, 2025, at the Francisco Balagtas Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan. The meeting was presided over by Atty. Nikki Manuel Coronel, representative of Hon. Daniel R. Fernando, together with Mr. Jay Mark P. Chico, Secretariat Head of the GFPS.

During the meeting, the first agenda item focused on Republic Act No. 9262, otherwise known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children (VAWC) Act, which was discussed by Atty. Judith Elischa E. Yacob, Attorney II. This was followed by a discussion on Republic Act No. 11930, or the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (OSAEC and CSAEM) Act, presented by Atty. Elmira Noleen G. Bondoc, Attorney II, in line with the observance of the 18-Day Campaign. The final agenda item covered the proposed schedule of Gender and Development (GAD) activities for Fiscal Year 2026, which was presented by Mr. Jay Mark P. Chico.
